Our Costs
We understand that costs as well as quality are a primary consideration for our clients. We are open and transparent about our charges and provide flexible options at competitive rates to cater for the specific needs of our clients. These options include:

Payment by time spent on your matter – An overall hourly rate charged on a pro-rata basis for each 6 minutes of employment law advice and assistance.

Fixed Fees – We agree at the outset the cost of the work.

Capped Fees – The cost of the work will not exceed an agreed cap.

Insurance backed claims – If employment claims are covered under an insurance policy we may be able to assist.

Annual Retainer – A fixed monthly fee to cover agreed work (e.g. day to day telephone advice and employment tribunal representation).

If you are an employee requiring settlement agreement advice, your employer may contribute towards our costs as your settlement agreement solicitors.
