We are specialist employment solicitors providing expert employment law advice with client care and satisfaction being our utmost priority. We act for companies, employees, senior executives and directors. Our head office is in Fareham near Portsmouth in Hampshire but we act for clients across the region (including Southampton, Chichester, Winchester), and beyond.

Your initial enquiry will be put through to a specialist employment solicitor for a no-obligation discussion .
If you instruct us, all legal work will be carried out by a specialist employment solicitor with at least 20 years' experience .
We operate extended opening hours from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 9am to 1pm (by prior booked appointment). If possible, we will accommodate meetings or telephone calls outside of these hours to suit your particular requirements.
We have an in-house employment tribunal advocacy service that can boast a 95% success rate .
We provide practical yet robust advice and assistance with a track record of achieving outstanding results for our clients.
Our service is personal, friendly and we provide advice in clear terms which is focussed on achieving your objectives.
We strive to maintain the highest professional standards and quality of advice and assistance . If you should have any concerns about the service we have provided, we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. We also have a formal internal complaints procedure which includes information about external references to the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Ombudsman. Our Costs

We understand that costs as well as quality are a primary consideration for our clients. We are open and transparent about our charges and provide flexible options at competitive rates to cater for the specific needs of our clients. These options include:

Payment by time spent on your matter – An overall hourly rate charged on a pro-rata basis for each 6 minutes of employment law advice and assistance. Our hourly rate is £200 plus vat (£240 inclusive of vat).
Fixed Fees – We agree at the outset the cost of the work.
Capped Fees – The cost of the work will not exceed an agreed cap.
Insurance backed claims – If employment claims are covered under an insurance policy we may be able to assist.
Annual Retainer – A fixed monthly fee to cover agreed work (e.g. day to day telephone advice, drafting letters and documents etc).
If you are an employee requiring settlement agreement advice, your employer may contribute towards our costs as your settlement agreement solicitors
All of our services are charged subject to vat at the rate of 20% .
